“1930s vintage. Old Dewitt yard on the New York Central. One scene is somewhat scary until you realize that some of the footage was flipped or reversed. The person in question was actually lining switches behind a movement which appears to be going forward when it's actually shoving backward into a yard----- There's some really interesting footage showing the installation of a water trough, so locomotives could take on water, on the fly - really cool. The whole thing is silent and lasts about 6 minutes, but it's well worth the time.”
